  60. i know you may be annoyed now considering that this is my second post in the
  61. last hour,but i just wanted to say something.

  63. while phish is without a doubt, my favorite band, i also listen to many other
  64. types of music and also post to their respective nets. i post to nets for:
  65.  
  66. the beastie boys
  67. the smiths
  68. led zeppelin
  69. the dead
  70. smashing pumpkins
  71. blues traveler
  72.  
  73. as well as some other fun ones that involve themselves with spam and the famous
  74. alt.good.morning net.

  76. anyway, some of us have been complaining because we've been fighting a little
  77. bit lately, but i was looking on the beastie-boys net just now and i couldn't
  78. believe it! all the people on these net fight and bicker and whine all the
  79. time. its just one big flame-fest. its annoying and it gives me a headache.

  81. i just want to say that i'm glad that even though we have our differences here
  82. in phish-land, at least we are civil. we use the net for what it was created
  83. for: discussing and appreciating the music of PHISH. god i wish other nets
  84. would follow our example. anyway, sorry about the waste of bandwidth, but i
  85. just wanted everyone to know that it could be WAY worse than it may sometimes
  86. seem to be...

  107. DAT Aud's of phish mostly from 1989 through 1994. I also have a couple
  108. excellent DMB, WSP, Dead, ABB etc. I would be interested in trading for
  109. some HQ Bad Hat shows.

  122. on it.  I'd really like to have a bunch of links to other folks with

  161. & below, like their inbred cousins, up & down, are surprisingly
  162. subtle. We tend to think of these concepts as the most concrete &
  163. obvious notions in our imaginal lexicography. It seems as if the
  164. universe likes to play a joke at our expense, for just when we
  165. settle into the familiar stance with regard to the horizontal

  208. I know Phish is from New England and all, but shouldn't that have a some
  209. generosity towards Southern and Western fans.  So, I've created a list the
  210. band should consider for next New Years.

  218. Tennessee, you northern fans still got it a lot better than everyone else.
  219.  For those of you who can't miss a New Years show,  Driving from St. Louis to
  220. Atlanta is about 10 or 11 hours. Atlanta to New York is about 14 or 15. New
  221. York to Boston is what, about three? Driving may be tedious, but Hey! isn't
  222. it worth it.

  261. I just want to say how important it is to stop the Bad Trader alerts.
  262. There is almost always a reason for delays as we have learned in the Brad
  263. Kraft story. I have been waiting for tapes for a few weeks, but I finally
  264. got in contact with the person and he explained his dilemma, and I said
  265. cool, take your time. Be patient, people.
  266.  
  267. Well, I would just like to add that I have had positive experieces with
  268. Eddie Dunn and David Heeks. They got my tapes to be mightly quickly, and
  269. Eddie and I were doing a 6 tape trade. I must add a little moral to this.
  270. When I sent my tapes to David, I neglected to include the covers and
  271. realized my mistake after they were in the mail. I emailed David quickly
  272. to explain myself, but he had already shipped out my tapes. But David was
  273. very sympathetic. He told me that we would jsut have to trade again in the
  274. future. This kind of sympathy makes David a good trader. So- David, if you
  275. are reading this, get back to me and we'll do another trade.

  277. Oh, yeah, the moral: communicate with the person you're trading with
  278. before you send out the tapes. Make sure you have covered every last
  279. minute detail of how you want the trade handled. Keep smilin', everyone.
